Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate home-based nursing care to children and adults. As a national leader in private duty nursing, Aveanna delivers clinical care in patients' homes with a focus on achieving outstanding clinical outcomes through teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Clinical Setting

You will work in patients' homes, delivering direct nursing care with electronic documentation support via tablet. You will have access to 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.

Schedule and Employment

• Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, or PRN
• Days, nights, and weekend shifts
• Weekly and/or daily pay options

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
• If you hold a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
