Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Holly Manor Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our clinical team at our long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Farmville, Virginia. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Keep resident patient information confidential and adhere to all policies, procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and professional standards
• Help coach staff as necessary

Schedule and Shifts

Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available. Night shifts are available from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $31.00 to $35.45 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time positions (limited time)

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
