Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Edgewater Woods, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our senior care team. As an LPN, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories while utilizing your nursing skills to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. Schedule

• Full-time and part-time evening shift opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living community
• Manage medications with proficiency and accuracy
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) with residents, family members, and staff

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• Proficient medication management skills
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff

Compensation and Bonuses

• Sign-on bonus of $8,000 for full-time LPNs (part-time bonus available)
• Application must be submitted by 10/31/2026
• Terms and conditions apply; bonus amount will be prorated for part-time positions
