Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Warr Acres is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including adults and pediatrics. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, administering medications, performing medical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records while collaborating on individualized patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct patient care to adults and pediatric patients
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct vital sign checks, monitor patient progress, and report changes to the healthcare team
• Perform medical procedures including blood draws, wound care, and ECGs
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or related field
