Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This position offers flexibility with all shifts available and serves residents requiring long-term care and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Patient-centered approach to care

Schedule and Compensation

• All shifts available
• Pay rate: $27.50 – $33/hour (based on experience)
