Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Valley Falls is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. Working collaboratively with the nursing staff, you will deliver compassionate care to patients, collect and report patient data, and support the care team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring assistance
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to support patient care
• Work under direct supervision using state-specific Nurse Practice Act and Practice Guidelines
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time positions available: 7am-3pm
• Part-time positions available: 7pm-7am
• PRN positions available: 11pm-7am

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $30.00 - $34.00 USD
• Sign-on bonus: $4,000 for full-time, new hires (deadline 12/31/26)
