Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Unit Manager

Immaculate Mary Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to lead and manage a long-term care unit. In this role, you will oversee daily unit operations, provide clinical leadership, manage staff, and handle budget and resource allocation while maintaining a focus on resident and staff comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to unit staff
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
• Oversee unit budget and resource management
• Ensure quality resident care and safety standards
• Adapt to and fulfill all responsibilities of the Unit Manager role

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care
• Clinical leadership skills
• Staff management experience
• Budget and resource management experience
