Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Loft Healthcare of Peoria is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to residents in a geriatric setting. LPNs will assist residents with activities of daily living while delivering high-quality care and working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members. New graduates are welcome and will receive hands-on training. LPNs can start as early as next week.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to older adults
• Work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois
• Compassion, patience, and understanding of older adults

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a geriatric setting

Schedule and Shifts

• Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts available

Compensation

• Base rate: $37 per hour
• $2 per hour shift differential
• $3 per hour weekend differential
