Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Arbor at BridgeMill in Canton, Georgia is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide compassionate, attentive care to residents throughout the night, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and ongoing health monitoring
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
• Monitor changes in resident conditions and communicate important updates to physicians, families, and other healthcare providers
• Provide accurate and timely information to families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Implement personalized care plans that support each resident's physical and psychosocial well-being
• Partner with the overnight care team to maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively and independently during overnight hours
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Schedule

• Full-time overnight shift: 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $30.95 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience
