Stratford Manor Health and Rehabilitation, a top-rated long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Monroe, NC, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate care to seniors in a team-oriented environment.
Clinical Setting
You will work in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and dignity to residents. The facility maintains optimal staff-to-patient ratios to prevent burnout and supports a collaborative, respectful work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters
- Provide wound care
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
- Keep resident patient information confidential and adhere to all policies, procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and professional standards
- Help coach staff as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience

Schedule and Shifts
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Shifts available: 7a-7p, 7p-7p, and weekends
Compensation and Bonuses
- Hourly rate: $29.50 to $34.49, plus shift differentials as applicable
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions (limited time)
