Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in a staff position that combines direct patient care with supervisory responsibilities. In this role, you will deliver nursing care within your scope of practice, coordinate care delivery to meet patient needs, and supervise nursing assistants while ensuring compliance with professional standards, physician orders, center policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in a timely manner according to policy
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
• Follow established procedures for charting and reporting all incidents and accidents involving patients and employees
• Identify and report changes in patient condition to the supervisor, physician, and family
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate their care delivery activities
