Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are hiring a Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work with a supportive team in a residential care setting.

Schedule

• Night shift: 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, follow established protocols, and report any medical or behavioral changes
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate records
• Perform admission duties including completing assessments, medication administration records (MAR), treatment administration records (TAR), plan of service (POS), reviewing chart setup, and processing physician orders
• Manage patient discharges by completing required documentation, notifying physicians and guardians, and arranging transportation
• Provide wound care including irrigation, packing, and dressing removal according to facility protocols
• Lead and supervise CNAs and CMTs to ensure compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
