Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing facility team and provide direct care to residents in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a skilled nursing facility where you will work with residents requiring long-term care and skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
• Help maintain a comfortable, respectful, and positive environment for residents

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
