Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Sinai Post Acute Nursing & Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide hands-on nursing care to residents in a post-acute care setting. You will work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care according to individualized care plans. New graduates are welcome to apply, and immediate openings are available.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a nursing and rehabilitation facility providing direct resident care, medication administration, clinical assessments, and support to physicians during rounds and exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
• Shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, or 11 PM to 7 AM

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $32.64 - $39.22 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $1,000 Refer a Friend Bonus
• Weekend Differential
• Same Day Pay
