Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN)

Sarcoxie Health Care Center, a 40-bed skilled nursing facility in Sarcoxie, Missouri, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role offers an opportunity to work with both geriatric and behavioral health populations in a facility known for its unique census and patient mix.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and team members in daily care activities
• Assist with daily operations and facility functions
• Maintain safety and quality standards in resident care
• Lead and supervise CNAs and CMTs
• Follow facility protocols and policies

Clinical Setting

This is a skilled nursing facility serving geriatric and behavioral health residents. The facility emphasizes a team-based approach to resident care.

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
• All shifts available
• 12-hour shifts on day and evening rotations
• Weekend rotations required

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered LPN license in Missouri
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing assistants and medication technicians
