Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital, a Magnet Recognized facility in Chicago, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in our Med-Surg/Telemetry, Emergency Department, or Psych departments. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety, provide comfort, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Clinical Setting

• Med-Surg/Telemetry, Emergency Department, or Psych departments
• Magnet Recognized Hospital
• Located at 2222 W. Division St., Chicago, IL with free parking available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of LPN practice
• Collaborate with the healthcare team under RN supervision
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Improve overall patient experience in the clinical setting

Schedule and Shifts

• Full Time employment
• 3-12 hour shifts
• Days or Nights available
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Current BLS certification at time of hire and maintained throughout employment
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required within 90 days of hire date

• Work experience in healthcare

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $31.00 to $40.00
