Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Roswell Rheumatology

Wellstar is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Roswell Rheumatology specialty practice. In this role, you will work under the direction of the physician, nurse supervisor, and practice manager to provide patient care in a specialty clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Recognize patient needs and symptoms in advance
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Assist during treatments
• Coordinate tests and follow-up care
• Record treatment information in medical records
• Provide patient and family education
• Demonstrate competency and skills to serve patients of all ages

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Georgia
• Practical or Vocational Nursing Diploma
• Current BLS card from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to hire date
