Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Riverfront Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide hands-on nursing care to residents in a supportive, team-focused environment. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care according to individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, perform clinical assessments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Schedule and Shifts

Multiple shifts and employment types are available:

• Day Shift: Per diem and full-time positions
• Evening Shift: Per diem and full-time positions
• Night Shift: Part-time and per diem positions

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $35 - $38 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $1,000 Refer a Friend Bonus
• Weekend Differential
• Same Day Pay
• Overtime Available
