Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - PT

BrightStar Care, a leader in home health care, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing services in patients' homes. This part-time position offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, support health maintenance and disease prevention, and make a meaningful impact on patients and their families.

Clinical Setting

• Home health care environment
• Direct patient care in patients' residences

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting
• Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or similar settings
