Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN Days | Greeley Rehab

PAM Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN day position at Greeley Rehab. In this role, you will provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN on the nursing unit. You will gather and report patient data, carry out medical orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent with facility policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as directed by RN supervision
• Gather and report patient data
• Carry out physician orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Colorado
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
• Experience working with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, and similar equipment
• Two years of experience in direct patient care

Schedule

• PRN (as-needed) day shifts
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $37-$40
• Up to an additional $4/hour with shift differentials
