Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pleasantview Nursing Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. In this role, you will work closely with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet patient needs. You will assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel, manage daily unit operations during your assigned shift, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in conjunction with the Unit Director
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings
• Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel
• Manage daily unit operations at the shift and unit level
• Assume leadership responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
• Current license from the State Board of Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric nursing
• Experience in rehabilitative nursing
