Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Per Diem Shifts

Alvita Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem shift work across the NYC Metro Area, with primary focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn. This role involves providing private duty homecare, facility and nursing home care, and private hospital bedside nursing.

Responsibilities

• Manage medications for patients
• Provide geriatric and post-surgical care
• Coordinate professionally with other healthcare providers including occupational therapy, physical therapy, hospice, and other specialists

Clinical Setting

This position encompasses multiple settings including private homes, nursing facilities, and private hospital bedsides.

Schedule

• Per diem shift work available
• 8-12 hour day or night shifts

Compensation

• $45-$50 per hour
• Generous referral bonus program available

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• One of the following certifications: BLS, CPR, PALS, or ACLS
