The Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their skilled nursing team on a per diem basis. You will provide direct care to residents in both the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care units.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, including intravenous (IV) medications
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
- Provide education to residents and families
- Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license

- Up to $42 per hour
