Licensed Practical Nurse- (LPN)- Pediatric Home Care - Nights

BAYADA Home Health Care's Mercer County office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled pediatric nursing care in clients' homes on night shifts. This is a private duty nursing role where you will deliver one-to-one care to pediatric patients, many of whom require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. You will build meaningful relationships with your clients and their families while providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable care.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in private duty home health care, where you will work traditional shifts (4s, 8s, 10s, or 12s) providing hands-on care to one client per day. You will have the opportunity to care for patients across various diagnoses and acuity levels, with many clients requiring advanced nursing skills. BAYADA provides 24/7 on-call clinical support and in-depth paid training, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs.

Schedule and Flexibility

• Night shift availability required
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, or per diem options available)
• Cases matched near your home to minimize commute times

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in your state
• CPR certification

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $32-$35 per hour based on qualifications
