Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Pediatric Float Team

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Pediatric Float Team to deliver complex care to infants and children in their homes throughout Burlington County, New Jersey. This position requires pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator experience with clients ranging from infants to 21 years old. As part of the float team, you will provide direct quality care to clients and deliver extensive training to the ongoing BAYADA care team.

Clinical Setting

• Home-based pediatric care
• Patient population: infants to 21 years old requiring complex medical support
• Focus on tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care to pediatric clients in home settings
• Provide extensive training and education to ongoing BAYADA care team members
• Work as part of a float team serving multiple clients across Burlington County

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• NICU, PICU, or home care tracheostomy and ventilator experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the BAYADA care team
• Passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (minimum commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Schedule and Employment

• Full-time or part-time scheduling available
• Daytime and overnight shift options
• Flexible scheduling with minimum 1 shift per week commitment acceptable

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly position with competitive pay: $29 to $45 per hour (dependent upon availability and commitment)
