Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pass Christian Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will monitor residents' health and safety, including falls prevention and skin care programs, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting overall care goals.

Clinical Setting

This position is based at Pass Christian Health & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise and assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Monitor residents' health and safety, including falls prevention and skin care programs
• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily medical needs
• Complete and update resident evaluations and documentation
• Support overall care goals and perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation

Employment Type and Schedule

This position is available as Full Time or PRN (as needed). Morning, afternoon, and night shifts are available. Flexible scheduling is available through an easy-to-use app.
