Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time Days! (85122)

Centurion is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within the appropriate scope of practice for an LPN.

Clinical Setting

• Correctional healthcare facility
• Tipton Correctional Center, Tipton, Missouri

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Days shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Two 12-hour shifts per week
• 24 hours per week

Compensation

• Pay rates from $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on years of experience
• Shift differentials available

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one
• IV certification
• Active Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
