Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in our Plastic Surgery Clinic. You will work with patients in all stages of life, interacting with patients, families, visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills to deliver quality patient care in a collaborative team environment.
Schedule
- 64 hours biweekly
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites
Compensation
- LPN pay range: $23.79-$31.99 per hour
- RN pay range: $31.72-$47.43 per hour
- BSN-prepared RN hires are eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations

Required Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current Minnesota LPN licensure
- Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to perform within the nursing scope of practice
- Successful completion of pre-employment health screening
- Performs nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or provider, consistent with the LPN scope of practice defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
Required Qualifications for Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Minnesota RN licensure
- Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice
- Successful completion of pre-employment health screening
- Delegates and supervises nursing care consistent with professional standards and the scope of practice as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
