Job Description

Join UW Health's Hillside Manor nursing home in Beaver Dam as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate care to elderly residents. You will deliver medical care in a resident-centered environment that recognizes each individual's need for choice, control, and purpose.

Clinical Setting

Hillside Manor is part of UW Health's post-acute and long-term care facilities in Beaver Dam, serving patients and families throughout Dodge County. As a nationally recognized health system, UW Health provides resources, collaboration, and expertise to support your clinical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to elderly patients and support their families
  • Provide medical care, take vitals, and monitor residents
  • Administer medications
  • Support a resident-centered care model that emphasizes individual choice and purpose

Schedule

Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week). Hours are to be determined and may vary based on operational needs of the department. Options for a variety of schedules and shifts are available to support work-life balance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from an accredited Practical Nurse Program
  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience as an LPN

Compensation

UW Health offers competitive compensation based on relevant work experience. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus, pro-rated based on FTE.
