360 Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day habilitation services team. In this role, you will provide direct care to children and adults with developmental disabilities while ensuring high-quality medication practices and non-complex nursing interventions. You will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Director of Day Services, assisting with oversight and record keeping for all clients.

Clinical Setting

360 Community Services is a human services organization providing individualized, person-centered supports across multiple locations in Omaha, Nebraska. We utilize a wrap-around approach to support individuals, including mental health, disability supports, and education services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities in day habilitation services
• Ensure high-quality medication practices are adhered to
• Perform non-complex nursing interventions
• Assist the Director of Nursing with oversight and record keeping for all clients
• Report to the Director of Nursing (RN) and Day Service Director

Schedule

• Day shift only
• No evenings or weekends
• Paid holidays included

Compensation and Benefits
