Job Description
AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-week night contract position at Cottage of the Shoals, a long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Tuscumbia, Alabama. This is a temporary assignment running from November 16, 2026 through December 28, 2026.
Schedule
- Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts with 30-minute meal break
- Rotation: 3-on/2-off/2-on/3-off
Required Qualifications
- Active Alabama LPN license or multistate (compact) LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Background check clearance
- Completion of facility health requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
