Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shift positions to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Night shift LPNs play a critical role in resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care, working as valued members of a professional team that prioritizes resident-centered care, career growth, and a positive work environment.

Clinical Setting

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a long-term care facility located at 395 Lakeside Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with overnight needs and daily living activities
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments during night hours
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Respond promptly and professionally to overnight resident needs and changes in condition
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Schedule

• Night shift (primary need)
• Full-time, part-time, and per-diem options available

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight shifts
