Laurelwood Community Living Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care on the night shift at our community living center. You will work with our resident population in a long-term care setting, delivering compassionate, personalized care while maintaining the comfort and well-being of those we serve.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Evening shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living (ADL) assistance as ordered by the physician and outlined in the plan of care, within the scope of practice
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
- Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during your tour of duty on the assigned unit
- Perform other tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
