Job Description
Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in St. James, NY, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care for residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, including intravenous medications
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
- Provide resident and family education
- Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise certified nursing assistants
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license
