Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care at our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY. This role focuses on delivering direct patient care to residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including intravenous medications
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
• Provide resident and family education
• Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise certified nursing assistants

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license
