Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Med-Surg

Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Medical-Surgical department. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety, provide comfort, and improve the overall patient experience in the medical-surgical setting.

Clinical Setting

Medical-Surgical department at Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital, located at 2222 W. Division St., Chicago, IL. Free parking is available.

Schedule

Full-time position working days shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid state LPN license
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment
• IV certification upon hire (state specific)

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range is $31.00 to $40.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed during the interview process.
