Maplewood Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor while also supervising nursing assistants to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor
- Supervise nursing assistants to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards and protocols
- Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support departments to ensure care plans are tailored to meet individual needs
- Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor
- Participate in continuing educational programs to maintain licensure and enhance skills
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
