Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are actively pursuing their RN degree to work part-time in an acute care hospital setting. This role is specifically designed for nursing students balancing work, school, and life commitments. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in an acute care environment while continuing your education toward RN licensure, working alongside experienced nursing professionals and building clinical confidence for your transition to registered nursing.

Schedule
- Part-time, Day and Night shifts available

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting
- Strengthen bedside nursing skills under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals
- Gain exposure to diverse patient populations and care environments
- Build a strong clinical foundation to support your transition from LPN to RN
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of Missouri
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing an LPN-to-RN Bridge Program, Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) pathway
Education and Tuition Support
- Education assistance available for eligible employees pursuing their first RN degree
- LPN-to-RN Bridge Program assistance up to $10,000
- RN-to-BSN Bridge Program assistance up to $16,000
- Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education
Compensation and Incentives
