Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Mosser Nursing Home, part of LifeQuest, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our clinical team in Trexlertown, PA. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a nursing home setting, working with residents across various age groups and care needs. You will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to quality resident outcomes and a compassionate care environment.

Clinical Setting

Mosser Nursing Home is a nonprofit nursing facility serving the Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania. We are part of LifeQuest, a family of health care services dedicated to maintaining and improving the health and life environment of people of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Establish a compassionate environment for residents
• Promote resident independence and quality of care
• Resolve resident problems and needs
• Document resident care services
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare team members

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full time or part time positions available
• Day or night shifts

Compensation

• Pay: $30 - $35 per hour based on experience and shift differentials

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN
• Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional
• Adequate reading, writing, speaking, and hearing skills to perform assignments
