Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in the Oak Lane section of Philadelphia, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct resident care in a beautifully maintained long-term care facility. As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our residents while working with a supportive team that values your caregiving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in direct resident assessment and development of service plans
• Administer medications and treatments to residents
• Communicate relevant resident data to appropriate responsible parties
• Supervise and coordinate certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to state and federal guidelines
• Ensure residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights
• Serve as a flexible, caring, and supportive team member

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time positions available
• Part-time positions available
• PRN (as-needed) positions available
• Weekend program positions available
• Flexible hours to accommodate your scheduling needs

Compensation

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions: up to $30 per hour
• Weekend program positions: $35 per hour
• Experience-based pay scale
• Overtime and holiday pay

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• CPR certification
