Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Lakeview

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Lakeview personal care community in Doylestown, PA. In this role, you will oversee resident care, supervise nursing team members, and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized plans of care.

Clinical Setting

Lakeview is a senior living community serving older adults in a personal care setting. You will work with a nursing team to provide comprehensive resident care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform resident assessments
• Participate in daily resident rounding
• Provide supervision to nursing team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience working in a geriatric or long-term care setting
• CPR certification

Schedule and Shifts

Full-time evening positions are available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. PRN (as-needed) positions are also available. All positions include rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience, plus additional shift differentials for part-time, PRN, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
