Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pompano Beach

The Lakes Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. You will work independently in home settings, delivering compassionate care while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members
• Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Florida
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of prior professional nursing experience
