Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in the home health setting. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, supporting their health and recovery while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license as required by state
• 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
• CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties
