Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for one-on-one home care with patients of all ages and diagnoses. You will deliver direct patient care in clients' homes, with opportunities to work with patients requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides comprehensive paid training to support your skill development.

Currently hiring for pediatric and adult care cases in Lakeland, Frost Proof, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport.

Clinical Setting

You will provide care in clients' homes, delivering one-on-one nursing services. Many clients require advanced care including tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers in-depth paid training and shadowing, as well as access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs to develop your skills.

A high-priority pediatric case is currently available in Lakeland for a reliable, experienced pediatric nurse. The client is a 4-year-old with a tracheostomy and ventilator. This position requires ongoing day shifts with a minimum commitment of at least two shifts per week. The family handles tracheostomy changes, and most trach care is provided by parents until they are comfortable with your skills. No pets are in the home.

Schedule and Shifts

• 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift options
• Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN employment
• No weekend or minimum hour requirements
• Flexible scheduling—you choose your shifts
• Short commute times with cases matched near your home

Required Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR Card

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Previous tracheostomy and ventilator management experience

Compensation

• Pay: $30/hour to $35/hour (contingent on experience, case acuity, shift, and other factors)
• Weekly pay every Thursday
• $500–$1,200 referral bonus
