Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Heritage of Painesville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in our long-term care facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care to residents while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Clinical Setting

Our long-term care facility provides ongoing care and support to residents requiring skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record medications and treatments
• Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night shift availability
• Alternating weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits
