Job Description
A healthcare facility in Granville, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents. Full-time and part-time positions are available across all shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs
- Provide wound care
- Assist with residents' daily needs
- Monitor residents for changes in condition
- Document care accurately
- Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare team members
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State LPN license
- License in good standing with the NY State Registry
