Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

A healthcare facility in Granville, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents. Full-time and part-time positions are available across all shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs
• Provide wound care
• Assist with residents' daily needs
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Document care accurately

Required Qualifications
