Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes near Boston. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one clinical support, helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments in home settings
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
• Assist with complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support
• Monitor client health status and manage clinical paperwork
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments
