Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Harnett County

Nu Look Home Care Agency is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide individualized nursing care to clients in their homes throughout Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while delivering attentive, client-centered care in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Monitor and document client health status
• Observe clients for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
• Follow established plans of care and physician orders
• Assist with medication-related services as authorized
• Provide treatments and other nursing services as assigned and permitted
• Communicate with supervising nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support clients and caregivers
• Follow infection-control, safety, and agency procedures

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted North Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Dependable and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Ability to successfully complete required employment screenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home care experience
