Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Harmony Marshalltown is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team providing care to residents in our long-term care setting. As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality care aligned with their individual care plans. You will administer medications, conduct resident assessments, provide direct nursing care, serve as a team leader, and advocate for resident comfort and safety.

Schedule

• 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. fulltime or parttime
• 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekend package, fulltime or parttime

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
• Conduct resident assessments
• Provide direct resident care ensuring comfort and safety
• Serve as a team leader
• Advocate for residents' needs and well-being
• Maintain attention to detail in all clinical duties

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse experience
