Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Unit. This is an opportunity to join a team with new leadership, including a new Administrator and Director of Nursing. We offer both day and night shifts with full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including intravenous (IV) medications
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
• Provide resident and family education
• Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Schedule

• Day shift and night shift positions available
• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Compensation

• Up to $35.00 per hour

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license
